Focus groups 2 UNIBO
Yesterday, at the Food Science Campus in Cesena (University of Bologna), we held a focus group with a group of young participants as target users to enhance consumer awareness of innovative plant-based fermented products.

It was a highly engaging discussion, full of valuable insights. We introduced tailored informational materials explaining the key characteristics of the developed prototypes and their benefits, within the framework of the sustainable solutions promoted by the InnoSol4Med project.

The session concluded with a sensory evaluation of the prototypes, aimed at defining descriptors for the next phase of development.
